WE'VE DONE IT!

To: All 2006 "50-50-1" Participants

On Saturday, June 24th, 2006 the Climb For Cancer Foundation put at least one team on forty-eight state highpoints during our inaugural 50-50-1 climbing event to help fight cancer. The remaining two state highpoints were successfully summited a couple of days later.

We had teams represented by cancer survivors, children, and people from all walks of life, including four who have stood on the summit of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world!

The event was an enormous fundraising success, and the money we all raised together will help ease the pain and suffering of many people affected with cancer.

We would like to send our deepest and warmest thanks and appreciation to everyone that participated and donated to help make our first event a success. We could not have done it without you. We look forward to seeing you all once again as we get ready for the second annual 50-50-1 on June 23, 2007.
